Example; Lets say we spent three hours of consulting time to determine you needed a particular solution and you decided to accept our quote to satisfy your needs. Your consulting fees would be deducted from the bill.

What this means is that if we consult you on a system and build it from the ground up, we save you significant money on hourly services that may be needed to maintain or service that system. Without consulting pricing is determined prior to our arrival to your business. ** Also note that if we come to your place and consult you on your existing system, most times we will charge the consulting price if we determine there is no pre-existing condition that hinders our performance to deliver your a fixed system within a reasonable amount of time.
